Get involved: how you can help

Many conservation organisations have specialist interests and concerns, but Wildlife Trusts Wales is totally committed to protecting and encouraging ALL wildlife and the environment as a whole.

bughunt tondu ResizedWildlife Trusts Wales is becoming an increasingly influential force in the political arena in Wales, at local and national level. All six Trusts speak with one voice on major Wales-wide issues, working together to influence government policy and decision-making. We also work individually, or with neighbouring Trusts, on more local issues, lobbying councils and other powerful bodies in the public and private sector on issues which could have an impact on the natural environment.

WE NEED YOU

Support our campaigns - Get involved with your local Wildlife Trust and give some time and enthusiasm to help us get the message across about issues affecting areas near you

Help us raise awareness - We are working hard to raise our profile in the media and in the political arenas. We always attend leading agricultural events like the Royal Welsh Agricultural Show, but we need volunteers to help us make our presence known at smaller – but equally important - local shows, too.

Support us – Become a member! You can either join as an individual member, with a partner, or as a family. And don’t forget, the business you represent can join the increasing number of companies recognising the value of supporting us as corporate members through the Welsh Wildlife Parnerships scheme.
